Walk over to the river with your tubes and go for a relaxing float. Head out to city park for a swim in Lake Michigan. Check out the new mini golf course right down the road!

The space
Bright and sleek, our home is completely renovated with comfort in mind. Bedrooms are spacious as is the kitchen with plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out.
Kitchen – Refrigerator, stove and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
Living Room -flat screen TV, reclining couch (can be used for extra sleeping arrangements for 1) and a floor mattress (kept in the closet but can be set up in the living room).
Bedroom #1: 1 queen bed
Bedroom #2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom #3: 1 bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top)
Backyard – Huge fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and patio area with seating for 6 and outdoor grill. Driveway with parking for 4 cars (extra parking available on the street for free).
Located in the heart of Oconto! Great for packer games, fishing tournaments, little league baseball tournaments, 26 places to visit on the national historic registry and much more!
Bucky’s Limousine Service is available for transportation to events in Green Bay, Marinette, and surrounding areas. Great option for Packers Games!!

Also, please note, while we are happy to host your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet.
There is also a train that runs every few hours that is close to the property. The horns can be loud but are not easily heard from inside the house.

Garrett and Courtney have a beautiful place in Oconto with a backyard, fire pit and a grill. The house has lots of space for a number of guests and it is very clean. We enjoyed our stay for a beautiful long weekend and would definitely come back again! The kitchen is spacious and there are 3 bedrooms with a large living room as well.

Additional rules
– $50 per pet fee – please contact us for approval before booking. – Please contact us about early check-ins. Most of the time we can accommodate a 3pm check-in but occasionally my cleaners are on a tight schedule and it needs to remain at 5pm. – No smoking inside the house – $250 fine if detected. – We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from a local resident. – No more than the number of guests booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected. – $200 fine may be charged per hour over checkout time if late checkout is not previously agreed upon. – Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. – Must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. – We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Items will be kept for 5 days, after which they will be donated at management discretion. – Cameras are used at exterior doors to monitor guest count, pets on property and keep our house protected.
