The space
This listing is for side B of the duplex. I have two other listings related to this property. One is for the entire property, the other is for side A of the duplex.
Bright and sleek, our home is completely renovated with comfort in mind. Bedrooms are spacious as is the kitchen with plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out. Take your choice of the outdoor deck (right off the kitchen) or the fire pit in the back yard. Don’t forget to bring your boat and tie up at the dock right on the property! Just a few minute boat ride to lake Michigan and about 30 mins to get to door county by boat.
**2 kayaks included with your stay**
Kitchen – Large space that includes a HUGE kitchen table (seats 8), refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
Living Room -flat screen TV, sectional couch with pull out bed (can be used for extra sleeping arrangements) and a queen floor mattress with portable bed frame (kept in the closet but can be set up in the living room).
Bedroom #1: 1 king bed
Bedroom #2: 1 king bed
Outdoor Deck – Large patio table with seating for 6, 8 extra patio chairs to be used on the deck or by the fire pit, 2 lounge chairs and a private charcoal grill for outdoor cooking (each side of the duplex has their own grill).
Backyard – Fire pit with views of the river, boat dock for dockside fishing or tying up your boats, kayaks, etc. and an oversized parking lot that is shared with the other side (extra parking available on the street for free as well). 2 Kayaks available for use!!
Located in the heart of Oconto right on the river! Great for floats down the river, packer games, fishing tournaments, little league baseball tournaments, 26 places to visit on the national historic registry and much more!
Bucky’s Limousine Service is available for transportation to events in Green Bay, Marinette, and surrounding areas. Great option for Packers Games!!

Please keep in mind that when booking one side of the duplex, shared spaces with the other half of the duplex will be deck, dock and basement game area.
Please tandem park in the parking lot so that the other side has ample parking spaces as well.
Other things to note
Also, please note, while we are happy to host your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet.
There is also a train that runs every few hours that is close to the property. The horns can be loud but are not easily heard from inside the house.

“Really nice place ! Clean and cozy. Great being right in the water. Nice hot shower and comfy beds. Hosts keep in touch and we enjoyed seeing the geese and gulls right out the kitchen window or while sitting on the deck. Had coffee watching the sunrise over the river and warmed up with a nice bon fire in the evenings. Just across the street is a bar or its a quick drive to the store-minutes away.”

Additional rules
– $50 per pet fee – please contact us for approval before booking. – Please contact us about early check-ins. Most of the time we can accommodate a 3pm check-in but occasionally my cleaners are on a tight schedule and it needs to remain at 5pm. – No smoking inside the house – $250 fine if detected. – We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from a local resident. – No more than the number of guests booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected. – $200 fine may be charged per hour over checkout time if late checkout is not previously agreed upon. – Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. – Must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. – We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Items will be kept for 5 days, after which they will be donated at management discretion. – Cameras are used at exterior doors to monitor guest count, pets on property and keep our house protected.
