Place To Be Rentals is a small, family-owned business focused exclusively on short-term rentals. We started hosting guests in 2018. Along the way, we've learned what truly works — and what causes costly problems.

After personally using large management companies and dealing with a severely damaged property, we built Place To Be Rentals to do things differently. We manage every home as if it were our own, with strict guest screening, hands-on oversight, and genuine care.
